Crunchy Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. plain non-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsely
1/2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 Tbsp. creole seasoning
1/4 Tbsp. salt free lemon herb seasoning
4 skinned chicken breast
1 c. nut like cereal nuggts
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Coat chicken with yogurt mixture and dredge in cereal.
Place chicken on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.. Makes 4 servings.
