Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. white sugar
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. oleo or butter
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour into an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Top with the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve warm with ice cream.
