Calico Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. diced, peeled, cooked potatoes
1/2 c. diced cucumber
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients. Coarsely chop eggs.
Add chopped eggs to potato mixture.
Chill.
Combine remaining ingredients; toss with potato mixture 1/2 hour before serving.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
