Winter Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 (6 oz.) bag frozen, cooked, tiny shrimp, thawed and drained
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Stir cream cheese and milk over medium heat in large saucepan until cream cheese is melted.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally, until Velveeta is melted and soup is warmed. \"Delicious on cold winter day or appetizer for holiday.\"
