Spanish Rice Pronto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or bacon fat or combination
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice (any brand instant type rice will do)
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet. Add onion, green pepper and rice. Stir over high heat until lightly browned.
    Add water, tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Bring quickly to a boil. Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes.
