Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 c. onions
    1 c. pork
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 small can pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Saute meat and vegetables, adding one ingredient at a time. Mix pineapple juice with cornstarch and add to pan to thicken. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
