Apple Finger Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can apple juice concentrate
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Pour gelatin into a bowl.
    Add 2 cups boiling water.
    Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Add apple juice concentrate.
    Pour mixture into lightly greased cake pan and chill.
    Cut into squares when firm.
