Zucchini Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small zucchini
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. potato chip crumbs
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil zucchini until just tender.
    Slice. In medium casserole, put layer of zucchini covered with layer of grated cheese and layer of potato chip crumbs.
    Salt and pepper.
    Repeat until vegetables are used.
    Beat egg yolks with milk.
    Pour over.
    Bake in preheated oven until eggs and milk are set.
    Serves 8 to 10.
