Hamburger Pan Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. hamburger seasoning
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat; drain fat and set aside.
Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth.
Stir in meat, cheese, onion, pepper and other seasonings.
Pour in pastry shell.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serves 6.
