Conch Fritters(Makes About 50 Small Fritters.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour (all-purpose + 1 tsp. baking powder per 2 1/2 c. = 2 1/2 tsp.)
2 c. conch, tenderized (1 lb. or 4 to 5 conchs), finely chopped or ground
1 large onion, diced or ground
1 green pepper, diced or ground
1 1/2 tsp. salt
ground pepper
6 dashes of Tabasco
1 1/2 Tbsp. Pick-a-Peppa
3/4 c. (approximate) milk
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients with enough milk for the mixture to hold its shape.
Form into fritters and fry at 350\u00b0 until golden.
Note that round fritters (small) should have a thicker batter than flat fritters.
Check amount of milk.
Serve with hot sauce of your choice.
Cooking time is approximately 20 minutes for full recipe.
