Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c. pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 c. cucumber, chopped fine
    3/4 c. carrots, chopped fine
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Squeeze excess juice from vegetables.
    Mix and refrigerate overnight or 1 day before making sandwiches.
    Spread each piece of bread with mayonnaise.
    Makes 50 to 60 party sandwiches.
