Veal Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground veal
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk;
    stir
    in bread crumbs, shredded carrot, chopped onion, snipped
    parsley, salt and pepper.
    Add the ground veal; mix well.
    Pat veal
    mixture
    into an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in
    a

    oven
    about
    1
    1/2 hours. Drain off excess fat; let
    loaf
    stand
    for
    15 minutes before turning out of pan.
    Makes 6 servings.
