Gingerbread Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix.
    Beat until smooth.
    Store in airtight jar for up to 2 months.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes when ready to serve.
