Hollis' Homemade Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground meat
    4 large onions, chopped
    15 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped basil
    2 tsp. oregano
    4 bay leaves
    4 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    salt, red and black pepper
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic, bell pepper and tomato paste; cook until onions are clear.
    Add tomato sauce, refilling the cans with water; add to mixture.
    Add ground meat, breaking up as you add. Add seasonings and sugar; season to taste.
    Cook at least one hour or longer, up to two or three hours on low fire.
    Serve over thin spaghetti noodles.
    Serves 15 to 20 people.
