Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium thick pork chops
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 c. rice
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can water
    salt
    pepper
    chili powder
Preparation
    Salt and pepper pork chops; arrange in bottom of baking dish. Cut onion in 4 slices and place slice on each chop.
    Cut pepper in 4 rings and place on onion slice.
    Add cup of rice.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Dilute soup with 1 can of water. Pour over all.
    Add more water if desired.
    Place in oven and bake for 1 hour in medium oven at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Baste occasionally.
