Paolo (Helen'S) Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder (heaping)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cans dark, red kidney beans, drained
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. cumin (optional)
    1 1/2 pt. tomatoes
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 can Bush's chili beans, drained
Preparation
    Drain and rinse the beans, easily done using a colander. Brown the meat and onions.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Using blender or food processor, mix the remaining ingredients.
    Simmer on low for about 1 hour, stirring often.
