Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 small green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Mix hamburger, crumbs, milk, onion, garlic, salt, Worcestershire sauce and egg.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Cook in 400\u00b0 oven in 9 x 13-inch baking dish 20 to 25 minutes.
