Kraut Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box hot roll mix
1 medium head cabbage, finely chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped fine
3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
1 lb. ground round
Preparation

Mix hot roll mix according to directions.
While that's rising, cook cabbage, onion, celery and meat in heavy skillet in small amount of oil, until done.
Drain well.
Roll the hot roll mixture on floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into 4-inch squares.
