Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw ground turkey
    1 large onion, minced
    2 ribs celery, minced
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms with juice
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. cold water or milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook in electric skillet until smooth gravy.
    Simmer meatballs in gravy.
    Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
