Thanksgiving Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices dry bread
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chicken livers, chopped, 1/2 c. ground beef or 1/2 c. ground pork
    1 Tbsp. Gourmet chicken spice
    1 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix bread, celery, margarine, spices and chicken livers.
    Add water and mix.
    Beat eggs and dry milk.
    Add to bread mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir after 15 minutes.
    Continue baking.
