Chicken-Turkey Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. green beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 to 2 c. chicken or turkey broth
2/3 c. milk
2 c. cut up chicken or turkey pieces
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
Preparation

Heat margarine over low heat until melted.
Blend in flour, onion, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat; stir constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk and broth.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in chicken or turkey and frozen vegetables.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
