Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 small can Snappy Tom cocktail sauce
    1 lb. cheddar cheese
    2 pkg. corn tortillas
    Red chili sauce or chopped green chili
Preparation
    Cook whole chicken.
    Let cool.
    Debone and shred chicken into strips.
    Save chicken broth.
