"Lighten" Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. medium ground corn meal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
    1 egg
    lukewarm water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add oil, egg and lukewarm water; mix well.
    Cover and set in a warm place for about 2 hours.
    Pour into a well-greased, high sided pan and allow to rise for 1 hour.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Yield: 8 servings.
