Italian Spinach And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped garlic
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup beaten eggs
Preparation
-
Saute onions and garlic in oil.
Mix together with cooked, chopped spinach and beaten eggs.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
