Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 4 to 5 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, salt, soda, baking powder and sugar. Pour in dissolved yeast.
    Work in Crisco with pastry knife or 2 knives.
    Mix in buttermilk.
    Pour batter onto floured surface. Roll 1/2 inch thick; cut into circles.
    Fold circles in half and put on baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
