Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dried fruit (prunes, raisins, apricots, etc.)
    cornstarch or pearl tapioca
Preparation
    Cover dried fruit with water (any combination of raisins, prunes or apricots).
    Boil slowly for 20 minutes.
    Add brown sugar to taste.
    Thicken, if desired, with cornstarch dissolved in 1/3 cup water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Some like to add pearl (big) cooked tapioca instead of cornstarch.
