Potato And Wiener Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
3 c. sliced pre-boiled potatoes
1 c. drained French-style green beans
1/2 lb. wieners or a little more, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 to 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp and hold for later.
Saute onion in bacon grease.
Add soup, vinegar, salt, pepper and beans.
Heat.
Add potatoes and wieners.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
