Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1 to 2 (8 oz.) cans French fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw vegetables; combine with soup, sour cream and pepper in a shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove; top with cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
