Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    12 red hot peppers, without seeds
    10 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 bottles Certo (or 3 pkg.)
    red and green food coloring
Preparation
    Grind peppers.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to rolling boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and skim top.
    Add Certo and 8 to 10 drops food coloring.
    Bring to hard boil for 1 minute.
    Put jelly in jars and let seal.
