Water Chestnut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Slice celery and place in baking dish.
    Add soups and stir. Dice or slice water chestnuts.
    Add to mixture.
    Bake until boiling.
    In a saucepan melt butter.
    Crumble tube of crackers and place in pan with butter.
    Place cracker mixture over celery mixture and bake on low heat for 5 minutes.
    Top with sliced almonds, if desired.
