Heavenly Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. reserved carrot juice
    2 tsp. minced onion
    3/4 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Cook carrots.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Place cooked carrots in a casserole dish; pour mixture on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
