Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
-
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Slowly add olive oil, stirring constantly, with a wire whisk until blended.
Serve over a green salad.
Yield: 2/3 cup.
