Cajun Crabwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    1 to 2 lb. crab meat or imitation
    1/2 to 1 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 to 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    8 to 10 drops Tabasco (optional)
    Lawry's seasoning salt
    grated Mozzarella, Cheddar
    2 loaves French bread
Preparation
    Mix crab, shrimp, mayonnaise, cream cheese and milk.
    (Tuna salad consistency.)
    Add spices.
    Cut loaves down middle lengthwise; top with crab mix 1/2-inch thick.
    Spread cheese and top with paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Very Good.
