Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. elbow macaroni
1 each medium red and green bell pepper (chopped)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium yellow onion chopped (about 1 c.)
Preparation

Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions, but do not add salt.
Drain macaroni in colander; Rinse under cold water.
