French Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 medium potatoes, chopped
    2 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
    2 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan and saute the onion.
    Add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add broth, cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
