Green Peas And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans green peas
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    slice of butter 1-inch thick
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook over a low fire for 10 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
