Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2+ c. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    5 c. flour, sifted
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted, browned butter
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix blueberries
    and
    1
    cup
    sugar and let stand overnight. Sift
    flour,
    baking powder, salt and 1 1/2 cups sugar into bowl and
    make a well.
    Add buttermilk and eggs to flour mixture.
    Add to
    batter browned butter and shortening.
    Fold in
    blueberries. Use
    greased
    muffin
    tins for best results, although paper liners can be used.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 approximately 25 minutes, until brown. (I don't know how many it makes, but plenty.)
