Cowboy Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 large potato, diced
    1/2 lb. sausage links, sliced
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    6 to 8 eggs, beaten
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon. Add potatoes and sausage.
    Fry until nearly done and add bell pepper and onion.
    Cook until soft. Pour in eggs. When eggs are scrambled, turn off and add cheese. Let melt. Add salt and pepper to taste.
