Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz. size) can beef bouillon
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. prepared mustard (preferably Dijon)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Remove fat and bone from meat and cut in strips, 1/4 inch wide and 1 1/2 inches long.
    Brown meat in shortening in heavy skillet. Transfer meat to a 2-quart casserole and add raw onion, salt, pepper and bouillon.
    Bake, covered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally if meat on top becomes dry.
