Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    green pepper, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and pepper.
    Add rice, chili powder, tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir together and pour in ungreased casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cover dish while baking.
