Pork Chops And Rice In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    6 pork chops
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour pork chops and brown in own fat.
    Cover and simmer until well done.
    Remove chops, add 2 tablespoons flour to fat.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add enough water to make thick gravy.
    Mix in soup, stir until smooth.
    Serve over cooked rice with pork chops.
