Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 beef bouillon cubes
dash of allspice
Preparation

Combine beef, pork, onion, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, allspice and egg in a large bowl.
Blend well.
Shape into balls, about 1-inch.
Brown on all sides in shortening in skillet. Remove meatballs.
