Vegetable Jamboree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large summer squash
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1/4 c. butter
    5 or 6 tomatoes
    1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    2 large Tbsp. sugar
    2 large Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pare squash, remove seeds.
    Cut in small pieces.
    Cook in salted water.
    When tender, add mushrooms (drained).
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Peel and cook tomatoes; season with salt, pepper, sugar and butter.
