Evil Salad * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    2 c. torn endive
    2 c. torn romaine
    1/3 to 1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 c. Swiss cheese, diced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked and drained
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    To assemble, layer about 1/3 of the mixed salad greens in a bowl; dot with teaspoons of salad dressing.
    Add 1/3 of the onion rings and peas.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.
    Add 1/3 of the cheese.
    Repeat layers, seasoning each.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Do not toss.
    Serve as is.
    Serves 8 to 10.
