Crock-Pot Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. boneless chuck
2 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
-
Place in crock-pot and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or 5 to 6 hours on high.
Serve on sub buns.
Freezes well.
