    1 c. canned peas, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 1/2 c. carrots, diced or pennied
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
    1 small can tuna, drained (reserve liquid)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    milk
    1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
