Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. melted butter or margarine (stick)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain well and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
    Combine spinach and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Shape into 3/4-inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield:
    11 dozen.
    May be frozen before or after baking for later use.
    Thaw slightly and reheat.
