Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add egg mixture.
Beat smooth with rotary beater. (Test mixture to see if it flows easily through funnel.
If too thick, add small amount of milk; if too thin, add small amount of flour.)
