Potatoes Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns (frozen)
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    8 oz. cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix rest of the ingredients together. Spread over the potatoes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
