Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick margarine
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Mix Veg-All, cheese, onion and mayonnaise in large casserole dish.
Melt margarine and combine with crumbled crackers.
Sprinkle over top of vegetables.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is brown and bubbling.
